In a rush to finalize urgently needed Coronavirus related economic stimulus funds (CARES Act), procedural loopholes have emerged that have, yet again, proved too tempting for America's great "Grifter-In-Chief" in The White House.
In-charge of the new grab bag of goodies, the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, blurring the lines of ethical performance, even going so far as to reframe the scope of U.S. assets in emergency stockpiles.

Dear Congress, look for the loopholes and close them. High risks, known or unknown, on any new and past Coronavirus related economic stimulus should be resolved as a requirement for approving additional resources.
